Kentucky State Publications

The Kentucky State Publications Collection at the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives is jointly managed by the Public Records Division and State Library Services Division.

A state publication is defined as any published material, regardless of format, issued for general distribution, which documents agency-related functions or activities. As such, a state publication may be considered a "published record".
