Course Description

Learn the basics of surveys and surveying. In this live online interactive discussion session, participants will learn:

To develop survey goals
To construct valid questions
To arrange questions on a survey
To effectively market a survey

The session will conclude with a brief overview of online surveys including available tools and special functionality.

Who Should Attend?

Anyone who plans on using surveys to gather feedback from library users.

Technical Requirements for Live Online Classes:

Registration to this free of charge class is limited to two people from each library system. While this is an online class, it is live and there are only 20 "seats" available. If you were paying for this session it would cost $170. Registration will be accepted on a first come first served basis. The registration deadline is two weeks prior to the session.
