2005 Kentucky Summer Reading Program
DRAGONS, DREAMS, AND DARING DEEDS is Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives’ 2005 statewide summer reading theme. To help young readers maintain their reading skills while on vacation, public libraries will be scheduling exciting book-based programs and activities featuring medieval history topics and fantasy literature. There will be an additional teen focus called JOUST READ. Program participants will dream of times long ago, read terrific tales of daring and adventure, and enjoy activities filled with magic and merriment, dragons, castles, knights, and fun!
